Refund policy

Phone repairs done by SNAP Communications are non-refundable, as there is labor and liability costs involved.

Physical goods purchased from SNAP Communications have a 14 day return policy for most items.  Some examples of products that aren't covered by this return policy would include

  • Anything that has to be installed onto a device, such as screen and camera protectors
  • Anything that uses adhesive to be attached, like pop sockets and adhesive wallets
  • Any earbuds, wired or wireless, for sanitary reasons
  • Any product whose packaging has been damages after the time of purchase

Devices purchased from SNAP Communications have a 14 day return policy, however there will be a restocking fee in place

  • For Devices purchased, there will be a 10% restock fee, up to $50.
  • If a device is returned in a worse condition that it was bought in, suck as scratching or any damage to the device, the fee mentioned above will be charged, on top of any part costs needed to replace the damaged component
  • If you activated a phone plan with us when purchasing a device, we will be unable to refund any activation fees or plans that were purchased with the phone

Phone service plans that are purchased from SNAP Communications are final as we are unable to remove a plan from a phone number once the payment has been processed.
